Our consulting services will help you build the foundations of your business or improve specific areas of your business.
Our coaching services are about helping you as a business owner develop, how to negotiate those awkward situations or how to manage your own time and resources.

Our courses are for groups of individuals who have one thing in common, they want to learn some new skills.
Our workshops are predominately designed for business where a process change is needed and / or support is needed to help identify or implement new initiatives.
All of our courses fill up, up to 3 months in advance. After the initial 14 day cancellation period we are only able to transfer you to the same course on a different date, where availability permits.
If you wish you can send someone else in your place, you will be responsible for making sure they receive the joining instructions.
We have a number of courses with different lengths and prices, each course on our website has the duration listed alongside the price. Typically our course lengths and costs are:

  • Short Courses - 4 Hours - £125pp
  • Day Courses - 8 Hours - £225pp
  • Weekend Courses - 16 Hours - £425pp

  • Weekday courses start at either 8 am or 1 pm and finish at 12 noon or 5 pm
    Weekend courses start either at 10 am or 1 pm and finish at 12 noon or 5 pm
    Please contact us to discuss your specific needs. We are an inclusive based business and do not discriminate on any basis. We always plan our rooms and surroundings so they are accessible to everyone.
    We do offer small discounts where there are 3 participants or more, who are from the same business.
    We provide refreshments only. We encourage all participants to leave the training rooms during breaks, everyone needs a break. We base all of our courses close to local amenities where you can grab some lunch.
    If you want to book another course, we will of course give you a loyalty discount.

    Whilst we do run some courses most of our time is spent working directly with clients on a 1:2:1 basis or in workshops. Drop us a message and we will contact you to discuss your needs.
    We are here to support you throughout your journey. After the initial 365 days we continue to support you, will help you identify what you need from us and generally see you a little bit less but will always be by your side.
    We understand there is a lot of information out there and it can be confusing. We are to help make the complex simple.
    All of our clients have different needs, we often work with clients around their other commitments.
    All of our workshops are tailored towards the needs of a client. We work with you to understand your business and what will be the best use of time and resources.
    Please contact us to see how we can help you further. We offer 1:2:1 consultation on a regular basis with our clients. Most clients opt for 1-2 hours a week, this keeps people on track, provides support as needed and gives you a trusted advisor to help you on your journey.
    Working with a consultant is a choice you need to make, often working with a consultant will help prevent you from making costly mistakes on the way, will help you do things once instead of several times and of course will provide you with advice on what works best.
    The cost of not using a consultant can be outweighed with 1 or 2 costly mistakes.
